4. Can the details given at registration time be updated or modified?

Yes, the details can be modified in profile section after login or you can contact the helpline number.

5. How can I get my village/Block/District School registered for the benefits of Suvidha Sarathi?

Simply login the Suvidha Sarathi portal and choose your school to register. You will be required to provide basic details.

6. How soon my donations will deliver the sanitary Napkins to concerned School?

You will receive an auto email and SMS notification from PMBI for successful registration, event, shipment and delivery schedule as per information available with the system.

7. What is the delivery period to get Suvidha Sarathi sanitary napkins after contribution?

Delivery period of Suvidha Sarathi sanitary napkins depends upon the geographical location of School, stock availability and transportation medium. Usually, it takes between 3-5 days after confirmation of the successful contribution given by any donor.

8. What is the payment method used for contribution?
