The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to Suvidha Sarathi. All customers using the online payment facility are requested to please read them carefully before making an online payment. By using the online payments facility on this portal you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this policy, please do not process further to use this website.

Suvidha Sarathi an initiative of Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India(PMBI) is providing a link to the Payment Gateway Service provider which will enable customers to pay online. In addition, you may have linked to our website from another website. Suvidha Sarathi and PMBI cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites, even if you access Suvidha Sarathi using links from other websites. Suvidha Sarathi or PMBI can make no promises or guarantees regarding data collection on the hyper-linked pages and on websites that are not owned by PMBI and recommends that you check the policy of each website you visit, or link from, and contact the owners or operators of such websites if you have any concerns or questions.

If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or charges, the same shall be borne by the customer, Suvidha Sarathi or PMBI shall be indemnified from any such claims.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Suvidha Sarathi harmless against all claims, losses, damages and actions that the customers may initiate in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither Suvidha Sarathi nor any of its employees or PMBI office shall be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the customer as a result of such usage.

All payments will be processed on the basis of the information that you provide. Suvidha Sarathi and PMBI does not accept any liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any reason whatsoever.

The terms and condition shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of the program shall be settled through regular judicial process and the court of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to any matter arising hereof and entity liability shall be limited to the extent of registration fees charged and received by entity from the customers.

Refund policy

Once you've made a contribution on Suvidha Sarathi, the amount you've chosen to donate is non-refundable. However, if the amount is debited more than once, you will receive a refund for the amount debited for the second time. The contribution amount donated by the Donors shall be through the payment gateway channels and shall thereafter be directed to PMBI. The PMBI shall procure Suvidha Sarathi Napkins and supply the same to concerned School nominated by individual(s) or donor(s).
